Return Policy

Preamble 

You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the return of your item. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. You must also prepay shipping and insurance (if applicable) for all returns. If your return is eligible for a refund, it will not include shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice.

When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange. If you are entitled to an exchange or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on the original method of payment).

Article 1 - Return of unopened items :

We only accept returns within 15 days of delivery, as indicated by the original tracking information.

Article 2 - Exchanges

We will only exchange defective or damaged goods. If you consider a product to be defective, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at the telephone number or e-mail address below and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then advise you on how to return the product.

Article 3 - Shipping

In the event that the customer wishes to return the product purchased on the site to the seller for any reason whatsoever, the customer must inform the seller in advance, so that the latter can provide the customer with instructions for returning the product. If the customer returns the product to the seller on his/her own initiative, the seller may refuse the parcel and not proceed with the refund.

Article 4 - Process

When we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you by e-mail, within a reasonable time, if you are entitled to a refund or exchange.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will be applied to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts do not include the cost of shipping. A maximum period of 30 business days after receipt of our email may elapse before the refund has been received.

If you are entitled to an exchange, we will send a new item to the original shipping address.

Article 5 - Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item. 

Article 6 - Exception to the right of withdrawal and refund

Not eligible for return and refund are all customized items made to order from our product catalog. These items are deemed to be non-refundable or part of a final sale. Nevertheless, personalized products benefit from the right of conformity as defined in our general terms and conditions of sale. The company is not obliged to reimburse additional costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery method proposed by the professional.
